The men came in I showed them want I wanted move,the young black man broke my dolphin globe that was on the couch ,he kept saying he was sorry but still didn't clean up the glass or the liquid that came out,that was my only issue,they could not get my stove downstairs so my new stove is sitting on the enclosed porch

I would highly recommend this company and location! We just used Two Men & a Truck to move from Detroit to Wisconsin and had a fantastic experience at all steps along the way. The office team was very helpful and responsive. We underestimated the number of boxes we had to move. When we provided an update a couple days prior to the move, they walked us through the options and at no point made any complaints. They were happy to assist us. The moving team was amazing and took great care of us and our belongings. They were professional and quick. We had three minor items damaged during this long haul move. We were not upset about the damage since the value of the items was nominal and these things can happen. Despite that, the whole team took the damage process seriously (as if they were more valuable items) and wanted to make sure we were satisfied customers.

This people tried to charge me nearly $600 for not even a hour job.. I worked moving jobs for about 30 yrs of my life.. how is that possible?? I will rent a U-Haul.. and do it my self.. I only have 18 items.. small at that and light.. no way..

We used Two Men and A Truck to move a queen bed frame, box spring, and mattress across town. It was a stress-free experience. On-time, friendly movers, no hassle whatsoever. They were prepared with all the tools need to disassemble and reassemble the bed. I would definitely use them again. Worth the money.

I recently completed a move with Two Men and a Truck, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. Despite facing several challenges, including a sweltering hot day and an auxiliary elevator barely larger than a phone booth due to our building's main service elevator being out of commission, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism and a positive attitude.
This was my second time using Two Men and a Truck, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The crew worked tirelessly without a single complaint, ensuring a smooth and efficient move. The office staff was equally fantastic, providing great support throughout the process.
If I ever have to move again (hopefully not), I wouldn't hesitate to choose Two Men and a Truck. They truly offer an outstanding moving experience. Five stars all the way!

Most aspects went well. Carson, the crew head seemed to struggle with his helps coordination. The biggest thing is they finished in the allotted shortest time, having a 3rd man (even disorganized) got it done. My minor issue was I had two stops for drop-off with the load. I had to continually instruct what was going where, so the 1st drop-off was last on. For the most part it still got messed up. Fortunately, the confused items are not a far distance from each other, and they don't have the weight and girth of the big items dropped off. The only damage was a horizontal compressor was dropped on the drive side breaking the plastic guard.

I quoted a variety of moving services prior to my local move (30 minutes between homes). Two Men and a Truck had the most positive online reviews and competitive pricing ($1600 for 5 hours, to move from 3 bedroom 1500sqft townhome). I was very satisfied with their quoting accuracy (I did not pay more day-of) and flexibility (I had to pull ahead my move by 11 days). Additionally, on the day of, my moving team (3 men team) were very kind, professional, and efficient. Since they’re paid hourly, I was concerned they’d drag out the day, but I don’t think it’s possible for them to have moved any faster. They arrived at 9 AM, finished packing by 12 PM, were at the new house at 12:30 PM, and finished unloading by 2:30 PM. And they never complained, even when I was apologizing that heavy furniture had to go up a flight of stairs or something. Really great service! And I debated thoroughly how much to tip as online research showed $5-$10/hour, 20%, or other… but after the great work, it was easy to opt for 20% ($100 each man). They earned it!
