Very rude and unprofessional. I came in for HVAC supplies and was ignored by 3 employees, while the place was empty of other customers. The front door is broken and the place is in shambles. I left and went to Hamtramck HVAC who have better prices and service. I won't be recommending or returning to this establishment.

Dave and his staff are the best. If they don't have it, they'll get it, reasonably priced and you couldn't ask for better customer service.

It was my first time to ever go to this Hardware Store, I did enjoy the experience. It's the kind of place that gives you that "Mom & Pop" feeling that makes you feel comfortable and very welcome. It reminds me of "Harry's" Hardware Store from the old TV show "Home Improvement". It will definitely be my go to place for any hardware needs I may have in my area.Rick Zorn
