Terrible experience !!! I asked for plexy glass to be installed in my window instead he gave me glass … soon as I got home to have my handyman install it .. it split right across the middle instantly !! I called in and the younger gentleman answered and told me he could see what he could do to fix the problem . I get up to the store the older gentleman who works in the back gave me so much attitude and was very very rude . He didn’t try to resolve the problem what so ever . The customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! I paid $40.00 only to have to go to the (black owned) hardware store on east Warren . They fixed my glass for $28.00 . Don’t waste your time at this prejudice hardware store !!!!!!

Asked for plexiglass instead gave me regular glass by the time I got home it was broke called an spoke with the gentleman an he gave me nothing but attitude all because of his mistakes

Lady there hung up in my face they act like they had a problem correcting our issues they messed up the window guy was unprofessional and didn’t know what he was doing we went up here 7 times for nothing we were frustrated don’t shop here for anything but minor

Neighborhood hardware where needed most. Old school alternative to big box cartels. Service is good enough. They fixed my storm door glass. The price was fair..But when I tried to reinstall the glass, it wouldn't operate properly. The new retainer slides weren't compatible with my door. I returned to the store for a remedy, but no luck. I appreciate their effort, but I had to fix it myself. Result: Minus 1 star.

This business/store is one of the classiest, polite and friendly that I have been in in quite some time. When this store opened in our community they actually had a 'Grand Opening' how classy is that? In a time where so few business even recognize the importance and value in 'welcoming' the local community with open arm's. May Your business survive and thrive during this transitional/challenging time we are in!

Great customers service, excellent products and contrary to popular belief they are prices are less or equal to the box stores on many items. Also you are in and out in a few minutes your not wasting your time waiting to check out! The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to help and are accessible!
