I had a wonderful experience with Troy's Towing.Sam from Riviera Auto spoke very highly of Troy. The driver was very courteous and handle my car with so much care,as if it was his own car. Thank you! I would definitely refer others.

They allowed someone to steal my property while it was in their tow yard. I'm still figuring out what was stolen while I make out my complaint. I don't want no more than what was taken from me.

Left stranded without a battery charge. I called Hertz rental for a tow truck at 11:00 am. I tried again and was told it was on the way in 30 minutes. They never showed up. I called 3 more times, still no truck. Finally the customer rep checked and said each call was canceled, by the manager. They called another company and it was dark when they arrived. A piece of work company.

They stole my shoes out of the backseat while my car was in their lot overnight, & when I asked about them nobody knew anything. If I could give these bums & crackheads 0 stars I would, I will never do business here again.

This place is a scam they have a car I sold many years ago and never informed me they get my tax refund every year even tho they have gotten more than the value of the car many times over have tried to resolve this issue multiple times the customer service is awful. This place steals from honest people. I work hard and am currently disabled in need of my tax refund yet they get it because it's impossible to resolve issues

My situation required 2 different tow trucks and BOTH drivers were fantastic! Courteous, professional, prompt, fast and friendly. I will definitely use Troy’s Towing again!!

Hit a pothole and had a blowout. Stranded at 9pm on a Saturday and Progressive road side couldn't give us an eta. Called Troy's. They handled a very reasonable payment over the phone and within 15 minutes Richard showed up, was professional and careful while loading our car. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you.
