I've been waiting for you for three hours in over 100° temperatures in my truck. I've been trying to call you no answer. I called my insurance company nobody can reach you at simply goes to voicemail. I've called the police and my insurance company they're sending a different two truck. I will be filing a complaint with the licensing division and Calling the attorney generals office. You never showed up. Created a dangerous situation.

I was in the MIDDLE of a very busy highway and the quickest they could get to me was 90 minutes. Luckily a stranger towed me to the side of the street during my wait time. But it’s been 2+ hours, could not get in touch with the company, their customer service, or road side assistance. When tracking them all it said was “arriving soon” for 40+ minutes. I can’t not convey my frustration enough. Who knows if they will ever show up.Service: Car towing

Great tow company, showed up quickly. It took the guy that came seconds to load and unload my car safely. I was also able to grab a ride for the 50-mile journey. He also went out of his way to make sure that I was at the correct drop off ( I was taking my car to a place I have never visited). He was also very friendly and professional.

During this visit the staff kept us informed of problems and repair cost as they found them during their inspection, giving us the choice to fix or push to a later date. The staff are pleasant, respectful and helpful. We have been taking our cars to USA Automotive for many years and will continue to do so.
