I love The Hub and Back Alley Bikes! Whether I need a piece of advice, a new tube, or a full tune up, The Hub is always my first stop. The staff is always super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The shop always has quality bikes and if they don’t have the parts I’m looking for they are quick to offer placing an order. Back Alley is also an incredible asset to have around with the amount of apartment dwellers that lack ample space to wrench on bikes. I love The Hub and Back Alley and I will tell anybody that will listen!!

Awesome team! Great turn around time. They took great care of my 1986 bike. It’s been sitting in the garage for 20+ years and they have that thing working brand new for a great price too!! Their attention to detail is unlike any other in town. Plus they have great deals of parts and up cycling parts and a great price.

Had a super great experience finding a bike here. Not only are they the only shop that actually has bikes in stock, but they have many options and the employees were extremely helpful.

They didn't true my back wheel correctly, so it got even more messed up. Then when I brought it back, they said they didn't have time to fix it. Their new hours don't work with my schedule at all. Guess it's time to go find a new bike shop.
