Went to the Chappellfest and had so much fun! The tour guides were so nice and I could tell they had fun and loved it as well. The drivers were great (as someone who can easily get carsick, I was completely fine!) and so nice. Loved the decorations and the vibes. Can't wait for the next themed tour, I will definitely ride again! (Also so happy to hear the Ride for Ride program they offer, thanks for giving back!!)

I went on a tour last October for Halloween and it was stupid fun. Folks were in costume, singing and playing with the host.
Then I went on another tour a few months ago that was historic for the city and the host was knowledgeable and informative. The bus drivers were safe, the buses were clean and the stops were well planned with good hosts were we docked! I would do it again for sure!!

“A Great Day with the Detroit Bus Company”
My husband and I, along with a few friends, recently had the opportunity to join a tour hosted by the Detroit Bus Company, and it was a genuinely a fantastic experience. Our tour included a preview of two tours Welcome to Detroit + The Party Loop. We enjoyed several stops around Downtown Detroit, each offering its own unique charm.
One of our first destinations was the Dequindre Cut. The urban art scene was fabulous! Jess, our knowledgeable tour guide, provided interesting insights into each piece we encountered, enhancing our appreciation for the local art.
The visit to Tiger Stadium was a nostalgic one for sports fans. Jess shared interesting historical facts about the venue, making the stop informative as well as fun.
The highlight of the tour for me was our time spent in The Belt. This area was a lively spot with a great selection of cocktails and food. The atmosphere was vibrant, and there were plenty of opportunities to take photos to remember the day by. Our group brought costumes to add flair to the photos.
Being able to bring drinks on the bus added a relaxed and social aspect to the tour. The bus was comfortable, and our driver, Starr, ensured a smooth ride throughout the evening. While they offer private tours like the one we took, they also have public tours if you can't or don't want to fill a bus.
Overall, the Detroit Bus Company provided a well-organized and amazing tour on a beautifully painted "art bus". It was an evening well spent exploring some of Detroit's hot spots, with good company and a friendly crew. I would recommend it to anyone looking to explore Detroit for the first time or 100th time in a laid-back and enjoyable way. We are already planning our next tour!

Amazing bus tour company in Detroit! The tour I went on gave me a great overview of Detroit. The staff was friendly. The tour guide was fun and engaging. Could not recommend this tour enough!

Everyone who is involved in these tours from the Detroit Bus Company are so wonderful! Regardless if you are a local or visiting from out of town, these tours are an absolute blast and such a fun way to bop around the city.

Went on a historic tour of Detroit and it was a blast! Jes, our tour guide was high energy, informative, and a lot of fun, the stops were well chosen, and it was great to run into fun little moments you might not have otherwise expected just from the crew on the bus interacting with the people at each of the stops. Whether you’re going with a couple people are bringing a group, these bus tours are a great time!

Big shout out to Jeff and Mike. The Drunks of antiquities bus tour ON 3/22/24 was AWESOME!!! The bars and info were really great. Learned alot about Detroit and the surrounding areas. Thank again, we will be touring again. ????

Typically I am impressed with the service received from the Detroit Bus Company, however, in this case and after spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with the company, they decided not to make concession due to inclement weather. I asked for a full refund for a trip we clearly could not attend and could not cancel in advance, and was denied. I am a very understanding person when it comes to policy, but I also understand customer service. In this case, customer service should have won. In 2023 alone we probably spent $10K, if not more. So to provide a reschedule/full refund that would go back into their company truly baffles me, and is quite disappointing.

This was such a fun team building event! We did the Drunks of Antiquity tour and everyone is still talking about how much fun it was and asking when can we do it again. Our guide Steph was amazing and knowledgeable providing us with the history of the establishments we visited. Our driver Sully was great too and helped us to feel safe throughout the tour. HIGHLY recommend you will not be disappointed.

The Detroit Bus Company hosted our company Christmas party for a holiday light tour over the weekend and we had the BEST time!! Jamie our tour guide and Mike our driver were awesome! Mike (planner) made it super easy to plan and worked with us hand in hand with prompt responses to all of our questions. We will definitely do this again and suggest any Holiday/Detroit lovers to do it!!

Driver and tour guide were a lot of fun. We went to places that I wouldn't have gone to on my own. Christmas carols and ugly sweater contest were a blast! Loved it!!
