The customer service with this business is highly disappointing, disorganized and careless. 1) The associates do not follow up on what they say that they will do 2) Exchanges for a different size is denied 3) Returns are denied on items that still have tags and have not been worn 4) They will keep your money and not refund you for an item that they NEVER sent unless you are persistent in a manner that you should not have to be.

Terrible experience at this store. Paid for an item I never received and when I called multiple times about my order I never received a call back. Also, they would not let me return the second item I needed a bigger size in after speaking to an employee that said I could. They lost a great customer.
