Walked In the store today. The staff helped me with what I needed. Amazing customer service. They also have amazing prices. I got an Irish peach hookah. This is by far the best hookah shop in the city. I 100 percent recommend this shop. Lovely people. Amazing environment. More than 100 percent I will be back

This is my go to spot for hookah heads in a cup. I’ve ordered here a lot and never had them mess up a head or have a cup that didn’t work.Even cracked my hose on accident once on the way out and they replaced it for me.Recommend them 100%!

it use to be the place I went to all the time until I constantly heard them talking down about multiple people including me. They don't even know me or these people personally. I'll never step foot in a place I feel disrespected from again. Crazy how low people can be towards others when they aren't perfect themselves.

Regularly go here to get vapes because they have decent prices this time was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The counter boy was on his cell phone the entire time conversating with friends I assume during said convo felt so comfortable to say the n (n*gga) word twice like it just daily vocabulary for this young man. Upon leaving I notified them that he should watch what he says around people. I’ve never had an experience like this. I’ve called them business and whoever answered the phone basically made it seem like it was a regular thing for this young man sad to say I probably won’t be back to the establishment if that’s how they believe their employees should behave.
