This venue is worth every dollar! The owner is very nice and professional. We (literally) had to change venues for a repast, on the day of the funeral. I called the owner,he accommodated us (at the very last minute) without hesitation."Suite 813 saved the day" the hall is clean, newly remodeled and perfect for small/med. gatherings. I'll recommend this venue to my family and friends.Thanks Suite 813

It was just what we needed for our 100 guest funeral lunch. Enough room for people to stand and mingle and the area for serving the food was so easy and convenient for the servers . Also location was perfect.

Great small place to have a event. BUT the down side is that the building can't get a signal in or out and they have no WIFI. But small efficient and well kept.

It is a nice place, somewhat small, but it worked. I was there for a repass, they managed to get 9 rectangular tables in with 6 chairs to a table. We were comfortable, not bumping into each other when getting up and sitting down. My sister said the bathroom was beautiful and there is a lower level as well, although I did not go downstairs. Nice, maybe for a family gathering. However, parking sucks, you have to park in the neighborhood, in the CVS lot or on McNichol's.

Very small hall. They try to maintain it. Has upper and lower area. Very nice bathrooms. Very nice sink space. Pretty updated nice speaker system. Limited parking if you have something during the day. Large garbage dumpster accessible. I'd say it needs a good thorough cleaning to include the walls, oven and organize the supply closets, I'd also perhaps keep a broom and dust pan on site. Very doable venue. They have lots of additional tables and chairs to utilize, which is a plus.
