Machine wasn't scanning my plate.. I'm beeping the horn for 15 minutes.. cars behind me beeping and thinking it's my fault even though I'm a member.. worker comes out saying he has no help and he's alone so it's not his fault.. ridiculous to have only 1 employee.. I tried getting out my car and ended up scraping my car door! I'm livid! This is ridiculous.. nobody answering the phone either and I can't reverse if someone is behind me

Buying the monthly pass with the limit of one wash per day is the best, the workers are very friendly, until you have a problem, the older man gets crazy and blames you for the problems, the cars are very close together, the tire cleaning machine gets dirty the wheels,

Good car wash but the ppl that wipe ur car arent really drying it up and sometimes they wanna use the same dirty towel and not change when they have many towels next to them but ive been a customer for 3-4months straight and its been 2 months since i stopped going there but its the black guy and the tall white guy that smokes breeze always not drying up my car. I have to go home and finish drying my car cuz i live a few blocks away so owner make sure ur workers dry customers vehicle .

Hazard exit, makes it very unsafe to exit this car wash. I signed up for the subscription and have been a loyal customer for some time and now that this is my third close encounter today leaving their car wash, I called to cancel my subscription and cannot get a hold of anyone. Very disappointing. Hopefully they really make some changes in the near future to their business structure and enhancing the customer experience.

Very dissatisfied,left the car wash with frozen mirrors. The guy that were wiping off my car did not wipe my mirror's first and told me it's nothing that he could do about it. Had to drive 20 minutes home in heavy traffic with ices mirrors. They didn't care about my safety, just the line between me, its time to cancel my membership.

I was here for a wash and wax. I like that once you drive up, someone is there to great you and help you with your order. The order machine is a bit tricky if you are a first-timer. My car was cleaned and dried by the towel guys. I appreciate it.

they forget that the wheels are part of cleaning the car! three times i have told them about it and the same sorry results. the wash rack i'am talking about is located at warren and livernois

I just go here because I’m from the neighborhood but honestly if you travel outside this area more often than I do then I recommend you go to another car wash. Why? The space here is limited. The employees here are bums. And last and most annoying is the fact that the pressure washers sometimes rips the paint from the cars. This happened to more than a couple people I know. So bottom line: if you can, go to another place.
