Beware of this car wash you pay one price at the beginning then they hit you with another form of pricing that's not disclosed in the beginning for drying and tire shine which is probably jus a way to get a guaranteed tip. Well I won't return. Plus the top of my vehicle was scratched up. Which I'm sure they knew that would happen that's why they have the sign posted that all damages have to be reported b4 leaving the premises. Now how would i know the top was damaged ppl, lets be reasonable here??♀️ u-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-b-l-e

I wouldn’t go to this place in the winter time. I’ve tried to patronize this business repeatedly because I’ve grown to know at least a couple of the people that work there because I frequent the car wash so often. Yet and still, I don’t know everyone that works there and, for some reason, they don’t seem to know how to use or want to use their pressure washers. You will get ice and snow left between your hood and the windshield wipers — particularly if you drive a pickup truck. I complained this last time and was advised that I could go through the car wash a second time; the attendant still did not pressure wash the ice and snow from my vehicle and it still had a significant amount of buildup after going through the car wash twice. I have no idea what kind of work or customer service this is but I find it unacceptable. Unfortunately, people are desperate and still spend their money even when the service is substandard. If people would stop patronizing businesses that don’t treat their customers with dignity, respect, and provide customer service — nothing will ever change.By the way, I’m not sure why you just can’t select “car wash” from the applicable services. This is an automatic car wash; there is no auto detailing, polishing, scratch removal, delivery, clay bar treatment, and vacuuming; the vacuums don’t work (have lost all suction power and actually still cost money while many places offer free vacuums that do work).
