We got setup with SNIP today and it was such an easy process! Antoine was helpful and super personable. He made sure that we knew they would be available if we needed them or any issues came up. Our move in day just got better!

Sean was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out if his way to find a technician who would add our service problem to his day. Antwone was fast, efficient, and amazingly neat in in his work. The wiring is completely hidden in the seams of the crown molding and wall corners. The internet performance is definitely the best in Metro Detroit.

Just set up SNIP in my new apartment. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate me right away. Antwone installed for me and was super friendly and quick. Definitely recommend!

Ant helped setup our service and he did a great job, was very polite, professional, and quick. Did a speed test and got 500 Mb/s on WiFi. We have two ethernet ports on the router that will get us closer to 1 Gb/s if we need it. Company overall seems like its well-run, and is very responsive to phone calls and such.

Best internet service provider. While working from home I had connectivity issues. I talked with Sean and he dispatched technician Todd to my apartment. I needed an equipment upgrade. After my call, I was back online and working in less than an hour. Thanks Snip!!!!

The technicians and customer support lines at SNIP are amazing. Had my Wifi back up within half an hour after I called. Quality service from Todd and super helpful info from both Shawn and Mae on the phone. If you can get SNIP do it.
