Waited 45 minutes for the store owner to come back to Access Point to release my UPS package to me after arguing with someone who was left in charge that wasn’t an employee. Lots of packages left in possession of “friend” who kept saying come back. Terrible terrible experience!!

This place doesn't open on time, and when they do, the man who works here is rude. It's not nice inside, it smells old, kind of mildewy. I wouldn't even be here, except UPS dropped my package off here for me to pickup. When I arrived, he said he told me on the phone that it would take about 15 minutes to get it from UPS because they just arrived. I decided to just drive over and wait, and when I walked in, he was upset and he told me that he said to wait 15 minutes on the phone and that he had to go get my package put of his car. Why was it in his car in the first place?

This is where Highland Park packages from UPS gets dumped. They could have left it,since they came and left a tag. But in the store it's nice. I seen some skirts I need! Plus I will go back and get some fabrics!

This place doesn't open at 10:00 maybe 10:30. The man is a pharmacist and he can't get a test results: out for two days this is the lousiest SOB you can find. He doesn't need one star
