Very professional. Knowledgeable, they don’t rush you or make you feel like you are asking questions you should already know. They will answer as many questions to help you understand. They are polite and I definitely recommend Shauna Johnson Allstate Insurance 5 stars!!!!!

If I could give lower I would. I was a client of the Shauna Johnson agency and had nothing but trouble.They even went ahead and canceled my insurance when all I asked was for a policy transfer. I ended having to pay a fee I didn’t ask for now should have had to.AllState is a scam. Overpriced and under deliver. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate. They will over charge you and hang up on you.Never under any circumstances use this “company.”

I sent a message to them to ask for a quote on what it would cost for a policy of what I had in New York and Bettina didn't understand the question by saying that laws are different in both states. Of course I know that. I only want to see what it would cost for these parameters that I had. Bettina never responded and it was quite an unpleasant experience. I wanted to get a local Allstate dealer and return to Allstate, but never will not use this rep from this experience. Overall, it was unprofessional. Good luck!
