Truly a reflection of most inner-city stations: outer exterior unkempt, parking lot full of potholes and trash strewn about. Usual suspects hanging around... and the community not holding the owner accountable for operating in such manner! ? If this business were located in the surrounding suburbs, they would present a more attractive business because they know they would have to answer to the community in which they do business in!!
