I went in for a last-minute oil change last weekend and had a great experience. It did take a bit longer than I thought, but the owner was very apologetic and professional. He knew what he was doing and where to get what he needed. I felt safe and taken care of. I would go back!

I recently brought my car in for brakes and rotors and could not be more satisfied with the service from beginning to end. The staff was amazing and seem to go out of their way to create a positive environment. Overall very pleased and will be back very soon.

I was pleased to have such a good experience here. As a woman sometimes it's intimidating going into a mechanic shop and easy to feel taken advantage of but I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and courteous the team was. They actually explained everything clearly and serviced my car at a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone for reliable and friendly service!

Went there expecting to pay a fortune to have my differential replaced and surprisingly it wasn’t as much as I thought the staff there are amazing and very knowledgeable especially James he’s very nice and respectful and knows what he’s talking about and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to East Side Auto. U definitely will get ur money worth at this place I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a shop to trust ask for James you will not be disappointed.

Very respectable and reasonable priced place to go. I hade some brake work and some electrical done and the mechanic James was very good at what he does he was very reasonable with the prices and his work is top notch I will definitely make him my forever mechanic. If you go there ask for James he will get u back on the road for a good price and he will work with u if you are working with a budget. Good people and amazing work.

Very good and trustworthy place to go I had my motor and exhaust done and it runs and sounds great like it’s new. James definitely knows what he is doing and I will definitely make this my permanent place to go for my car.
