I've only used them 3 times had one issue with them but going to give them another try was reading the reviews because I need alterations done.
I said I'd never use them again but mistakes does happen.
The only issue I had was the way the situation was handled.
I never try to get anything free, I pay my way.
I thought maybe because I had to rush my order the accidently missed a pair of my pants instead of having 3 outfits to wear when I went out of town I had 2 but when I called them he was talking like I was trying to get over on them.
But they really do have good prices

I brought my jacket here for cleaning because I waisted juice on it and when it was time to pickup my jacket no one could find my jacket. After finding my jacket I inspected it to be sure they cleaned it properly, I found a ink stain on the back and I know for a fact that stain was NOT there when I dropped it off. The lady agreed to reclean the jacket and when I came back to pick it up the stain is still there. When I showed Chinese lady the stain and told her it wasn't like that when I brought it to them, she said the lady told her that she didn't make the stain and she can't get it out... I'm so pissed. I would never go back to them again and I would NOT recommend anyone else to.

I've been coming to Sanders Dry Cleaners for a few years now and never really had any problems until 1/25/24. I brought in 2 garments for repairs and prepaid which I'll do 9 times out of 10. Went back 4 days later for the pick-up, but was told I needed a receipt, I normally would just use my name or phone # or both but was told receipts are mandatory starting this going forward, no big deal. When I returned with the receipt, I was told that I needed to pay even though I've already pre-paid. Long Story short, I had to pull up and call my debit card company to prove to them that money has been paid the day of drop off. There was no record of it on their end, neither on the receipt or in their system. And I wasted about a good 45mins of my time during this process, before and after. My time was the most valuable thing lost.

False Advertisement. On the building Marquee it clearly states "We do wedding dresses, leather alterations, and cleaning". Upon requesting service for my leather duffle bag the oriental lady rudely said; "No we don't clean leather" and walked away from the counter without further explanation or details as to why there's a discrepancy with their false advertising. It would be a total waste of time and energy conducting future business with this particular limited-service dry cleaner. Patrons Beware!
