I absolutely believe that they do help some people, and they did great with my divorce but when I needed help with an emergency custody situation it was different. I would email with questions to get no reply, and then my children got sick on Halloween (as stated this is a custody situation so dad wasn't in the picture and I have no daycare or sitter) the day of our case so I had to miss court and was met with being informed that they can no longer help me. It's a shame they want to help but draw the lines at missing court because your children can't go to school and you have no sitter.

Tried to call and see if my little brother was there I'm literally his only living relative and they wouldn't tell me anything. He was supposed to go here straight from hospital and I have no idea if he is alive or dead

Great place to get your life back on track. You can use your phone. Get drop offs for snacks, drinks,etc. helpful staff an counselors that do care about your well being. All n all 5 stars ??

I dealt with this place years ago, in another lifetime. I believe they really try to get our fellow men and women on their feet and productive citizens again.
