The products and service are great except the person who in charge with the email and phone respond, who i believe her name Verona, she is very rude, raised voice not even tried to guide us the proper for updating order by email and hang up on us. I have never had any problems to handle the service to any of salads enployees except her. Great product and very rude employee. Will definitely looking for abother supplier place for halal meats for our business. If anyone have place recommend in Michigan please let me know

We used to love this shop. But last time we wanted to get a few extra plastic bags for the meat we purchased. They didn't allow that. As if they would go bankrupt if they had allowed us. Parking is always an ongoing problem too. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have other choices.

I normally don't write a review but wanted to share my story to bring awareness for others.Background:I got 4 bags of goat legs and a box of chicken breast. While waiting in line to pay, one of the employees comes up to me and says this isn't a box of chicken breast, this is a box of chicken tenders. Apparently both boxes look the same, and i did pick up the box where they only have chicken breasts. So to replace the box of chicken breast, i had to take the 4 bags of goat legs out of my cart and place them on the checkout counter. I guess another customer accidently took one of my bags, and i didn't realize someone else had taken my bag of goat legs. (This all happened before i paid)The Corruption:So when i paid, i ended up paying for 4 bags instead of 3 since I wasn't aware someone else had walked out with one my bags.. I realized after i paid that i only got 3 bags but they charged me for 4. The owner looked in CCTV and explained someone else took my bag (before i had paid for it).I thought the owner was going to do the right thing and make things right by only charging me for 3 bags. Instead his reply was "How is it my fault that someone else took your bag?"Well, if i haven't paid for it yet, then i don't own it yet. So technically, you overcharged me because at the time i paid, i only had 3 bags in my possession.The owner then pulls out a $20 bill out of his wallet and says he'll pay for half of it. I'm like keep your money, i don't want your money, i'm not money hungry. I just want you to do the right thing which is i should only get charged for 3 bags, not 4 because i only had 3 bags in my posession at the time i paid.Conclusion:I just dont understand how they can say its the customer's fault if another customer just walked away with a bag of my groceries if i haven't even paid for it yet??? I can understand that after i pay i am responsible, but if i haven't paid yet how am i responsible? Explain that logic because the owner struggled immensely to explain how this is the customer's fault.Beaware people, this business follows corrupted billing practices! Will be reporting this business to BBB as well.To the Owner:My Muslim brother, make tauba for how you handled my case. Because Allah will not forgive anyone who steals possession of another person unless you ask for forgiveness from that person. Taking out a $20 bill is not how you make things right! That was very arrogant of you to do that.May Allah guide you. Ameen!

I placed one order of chicken and chicken gizzards and was very satisfied with the order.I shop at another halal meat company which is also very good and I order once a month.The only thing about this place is the staff attitudes and behavior.I had to send several emails to get one simple question answered.And just today I called and with a question since I intended to place another order,and was treated harshly and disrespectful.Very bad for business because I wanted to keep ordering from here.

Got the opportunity to visit Saad today. Its halal. It’s a great one stop shop for you protein needs. Be ready and covered to go into a walk in freezer. There’s a wide variety of items such as hotdogs, beef, chicken, lamb, fish. You can get the items according to your need such as leg quarters, drumsticks, wings, whole chicken etc. the prices are far by the best there are in town. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. It’s a do it yourself place. So you get a bag, wear gloves and put everything in yourself. The meat and lamb section had guys there to help with cutting and weighing. Parking was easy to find. They have a parking lot next to the store. It was an amazing experience. We were done with everything in about 15 minutes. So there’s no extra wait. Do check them out for your next grocery day.

Best meat for wholesale prices in Metro Detroit. Good variety of selection. They cut to your choosing size and the staff are very courteous and polite. Store is well maintained and clean. Be prepared to walk into a hall with freezing temperatures. .

I came here per a recommendation from a friend. I did not buy much just some ground lamb. However, my experience was great and I will be going back soon. The selection was varied and I can't wait to go back and try the goat

Prices are good and there are plenty of options. Very happy to see the halal keilbasa, tastes good grilled, will have to try it boiled and in kapusta next. Going to have to try the halal bacon next as well. Good place to get halal meat.
