Beautiful atmosphere that's available for families to stay overnight when their children are admitted to the hospital down the street. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Large kitchen where families can prepare food and eat together. Free wifi. Free shuttle service to & from children's hospital. Playroom, gameroom, laundry room & workout room available. You must do your part to help keep the facility safe & clean. Located less than a mile from the hospital.

Checked in here for 2 nights. Very pleasent front desk help. I love the common dinning and kitchen areas. They have 3 range and stove. 3 dishwasher. 4 microwave. Air fryer and instapot to use while staying... seating for at least 40... just please clean up after yourselves! Such a wonderful

Our son was born On February 15th 2022, he was 15 weeks early (emergency C section). My wife was able to (with help from the social worker at Hutzel hospital) she was able to come to the RMH 3 days after our son was born. I was unable to come right away because I had loose ends to tie up at home (an hour away)....they took such good care of her. With a beautiful full community kitchen, she was able to whip up some healthy delicious food that she needed, they supplied her with a wheelchair and all of the love and support she could have ever imagined. It's now May 8th and we are still here.They have an on premises laundry facility, a beautiful kitchen and a NEW workout room (not officially open as of this review). They even have a shuttle service to take you to the hospital that runs 5:30am to 8:30/9pm. The staff here are amazing people. The Ronald McDonald house is a blessing to our family. Our son is still currently in the NICU and we are only 10 minutes away walking. Thank you ever so much for all that you do for us.

Worst hospitality ever I'm grieving the lost of my husband who died in a car accident February 26/2022 n my grandson is suffering spinal cord injury which left him paralyzed he was flown to Detroit children's hospital recently from Saginaw we are told we could stay at the Ronald mc Donald house its nice n big seed caring n friendly enough we were told we only had to pay once ten dollars the next day before even fully awoke the manager Judy harassed us for the next ten dollars we aren't even her 24 hrs.today the electrify went out due to some work she said being done that effect certain rooms I ask if we could get a different room because its hot n I suffer from seizures also we needed our phones charged in case the hospital called we were denied that n not even offered to lounge in the lounging areas she yelled at me n my daughter and slamed her room door in our faces we don't have money nor a place to stay out here this is so in fair treatment were going thru enough already

Usually Go Regularly Despite Not Going To The Children’s Hospital But With All This COVID Madness We Have Not Been Going Ever Since Still A Great Place To Stay We Have Been Going Since I Was 15 Months Old And Staff Feels Like Extended Family Recommended If Your Child Is In The Hospital
