Customer service is great but when there’s an issue it’s no luck. Make sure you ask all the questions you want before taking merchandise off property because they’re not gonna tell you the policy that they have in place.

I purchased a queen size mattress a couple of months ago. They delivered it the next day. About 3 days later, I called and told them the bed in a box did not inflate like it was supposed to. After arguing with the manager on a few occasions,, he finally sent me a full inflated one, but it was not the bed I purchased. Calling him, Robert, would not give me the $1,000 mattress that I paid for. He is such an obnoxious person, who would talk right over me, and did not want to hear what I had to say he is from the 8 mile store, even though I bought it from the universal store on dequindre, I had to talk to him. Never would I ever buy anything from there again, and I suggest that you don't either.

Upon entering this business we were not greeted by anyone, we walked around for about 15 minutes when I had to approach someone that looked like he worked there. He wasn't very friendly and acted like he had better things to do. If it wasn't for the fact that the furniture was needed asap we would've left and went elsewhere, delivery of the furniture was just as bad as the service, furniture had to be left outside due to Covid which meant someone else had to be paid to bring it in the house. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK AND I WILL DEFINITELY DETER ANYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH TO NOT SHOP HERE

Worst experience ever with this establishment. Paid $1000 for a Bed set and a $75 delivery fee for it to be thrown on my porch. Call Customer Service and they acted like they didn’t care about it all they want is your money please stay away.This place don’t even deserve one star.

Ibrought a beautiful king size headboard and bed and had it delivered very fast only 3 days later! the delivery men were great and set up my bed perfectly! I would highly recommend romeos furniture!

8655 E 8 Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48089I urge everyone not to visit this store. A few days ago I went to that store. They are so inexperienced that they do not know how to deal with buyers.I saw three people. They are very rude.They don’t have any common scene that how to help or talk with customer.Three old people. One is Manager, I called him for second times to confirm the furniture and when I asked that old manager,how they deliver the product,is it free or I already choose those furniture,are they gave any holiday discount or not? Oh My God he leave his chair,angry on me and said you are good to go.How stupid they are. Hello Mr. Owner you are loosing your good customer and also loosing money for those cowards.Please kicked them out and hire someone who are professional. Bad place…Bad experience.??????????????
