I love this place! They have a nice selection of cowboy boots. I bought a beautiful pair. The customer service was A1, the young man Noel was awesome! Helped me so much and he was very patient. I'll be returning soon for my next pair. ☺️

I love coming to Rodriguez vaquerita it’s the best western boot store in Detroit. Everytime I come the employees are super nice and very helpful with making sure I’m satisfied with my purchase and will go out of their way to help me find the boots I want. So if you are looking for new boots, ariat clothing, hats, etc this is the store for you to come too, highly recommend.

FIRST AND LAST TIME MAKING A PURCHASE HERE.Very dishonest. I was told yesterday to bring my receipt and to return the boots if they did not fit my sister which she couldn’t make it in person. I bought 4 pair of boots which aren’t cheap. I was okay with buying that pair of boots for my sister since I knew I could return them. They didn’t fit my sister so we went today to return them. I thought I would be quick and easy BUT IT WAS NOT. Some older man spoke to us first. VERY VERY RUDE. He played d*** on everything I said. He said he couldn’t do a return because that’s the policy. I said “I’m not saying your policy is wrong. I’m saying that your worker told me that I could. Sooooo you should be able too.” It was a huge discussion going back and forth. Then called another worker and told him to deal with us and pointed at us like we were trash. The lady at the register was also VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST. She stated that I called earlier and she told me I couldn’t. Which was a flat out lie. I never called that store. She kept insisting that I called. She then pointed at the policy and said “ITS IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.” I said that I understood that there’s a policy but again their workers shouldn’t be saying one thing when in reality you can’t. I told them to train her better. AFTER AGREEING THAT I WOULD BE OPEN TO EXCHANGE THEM. THE OLD MAN SPOKE BAD ABOUT US TO A CUSTOMER WHEN WE PASSED BY HIM WHILE LOOKING AT BOOTS saying that we were rude for talking back. Soooo it’s okay for you to talk bad to me but I can’t respond back with that same energy? Soooo sooo DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. After spending 15 min looking around the lady behind the counter asked an employee if I was holding onto the receipt and they said yes. She threw a little fit and said “hayyyy” all bothered. HOW DO YOU WANT ME TO RECOMMEND YOU GUYS WHEN YOU TREAT ME AND MY SISTERS SO DISRESPECTFULLY. Stay away from this business. I should of saved an hour drive and I should of saved almost $1000.

The options were good but it’s not cheap and the customer service is the customer service you would expect from like Burger King. Honestly even worse at least the workers at Burger King workers have more manners.

Dishonest people STAY AWAY.Over priced , low quality goods.The cashier lady and the older gentleman of that store was trying to get me to pay someone else's boots on top of my own.When confronted they played stupidThe stetsons on the wall of the store are fake lots of fake models hats
