The pharmacy opens at 9 am. I called at 9:27 am and was on hold for 20 mins as different staff members kept clicking over to continue the hold... Extremely frustrating when trying to receive information on a much needed prescription. Let's try calling again...

Rite Aid Pharmacy employee, Abraham, called another co-worker to the drive- thru window, while he was still conducting my medical transaction. Abraham showed him something on the screen and they both laughed. I am changing pharmacist. My privacy has been violated.

Customer service is awesome. There was an issue about not getting a receipt and it was handled quickly. I got a call the same day and missed the call from Fay. She followed up the next day when I didn't return her call. It was a big misunderstanding as my daughter had the wrong store ( it wasn't even Rite aid). So sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you Fay and sorry for the mix up.

The staff greeted me as I came in the store and on the Sale floor a male employee asked if I needed help find what I wanted then took me to where it was located. After I made my purchase the cashier said thank you and have a blessed rest of my day. That was really nice to hear.

I went in Rite Aid to look for items for my upcoming family function and I had no idea what I should get. While walking down the aisle I was asked if I needed help and I told the lady what I was planning. She helped me find items for my patio and treats to serve at the family function. I was so thankful for her assistance. Checkout was a breeze, I will definitely return
