I been living here for about a couple months it’s horrible do not move here the other residence are nasty they
Constantly leave trash though out the building. The trash shoot constantly gets filled over weekends and make a terrible smell in the lobby and elevators . Not to mention that they barely clean . At first I didn’t see any bug but bed bug magically appeared in my room and I just seen roaches and the vending machine room in the lobby the overall space is nice and the lady’s at the desk are too. Unless u wanna take a risk do not move here

The Maintenance Team and the management department are horrible. They do not care about the concerns of the residents. Many people have complaints about how they handle business and treat residents property, especially during service requests. You’ll be happy at first, but they will try to derail you. They are slumlords, the building have a bedbug problem and roach problem they need to solve. Not only that, but good luck with your kitchen space. Honestly, there are better places to live. When you move out, the workers will try to take whatever you leave behind like it’s an organizational thing they do. Don’t be like me and defend your property verbally. Any concern you have, they won’t be happy to resolve it and you might be upset because of that.. even the elderly hear aren’t happy with them. I’ve spoken with many different residents in my 1 and only year at this property. Here are photos of what they did in my property:

I moved in the apartments recently. Dana was super helpful and took the extra time and effort to ensure I find a unit that met my specifications. Thank you! My apartment has a beautiful view of downtown. I appreciate that everyone working at the leasing office are very accessible and pro-active in resolving challenges.

I lived here for a year and at first I didn’t see any roaches within the first few months but towards the winter time the roaches started to take over the place . It was hard livin here because the neighbors steal . The building also has bed bugs . I had to move from my bedroom onto the sofa because the bed bugs were taking over the bedroom. complain about bed bugs and roaches but pest control comes and do very little to help with pest. When I first moved in they told me they didn’t have any bed bugs . Management lies ….

Man don’t let these reviews fool you ! This place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BED BUGS. I kept my apartment so clean when I lived there but the roaches just kept getting worse and worse. Ppl steal so bad in this apartment building too so don’t even think about letting your personal items out of your site . THEY WILL MESS WITH YOUR CAR!!! I had to move out of my bedroom and into the living room because of how bad the bed bugs were . Me and other neighbors complained about the bed bugs and roaches plenty of times but management never gave a damn ! As long as they don’t have to live there. They have a decent lil leasing area and lobby so they make it seem like they have a clean nice building but don’t be fooled by appearance . ROACHES RUN THIS PLACE. Pest control comes once in a while but not consistently. The hallways stink and are dirty and the doors look ran down it stinks so bad you’re gonna need air freshener plug ins in your apartment. It’s ghetto ! Neighbors fight all the time ! Loud Constant false fire alarms that wake u out your sleep for nothing . I was always embarrassed to have guest because of loud ghetto neighbors and ghetto roaches that run the place . They have the nerve to charge 900 for these apartments but don’t charge the roaches a damn cent for living there. The laundry room was FILTHY and I mean THE FILTHIEST OF THE FILTHY. I wouldn’t even bother washing my clothes In there because ppl steal clothes out of there and it was nasty in there. Old ppl and Crackheads and drug addicted folks run this place as well . Lots of ppl die here too ! Only positive side is the nice old lady was the security guard . Other than that this place is TRASH . MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE U CAN DO BETTER !!!! I am in a much better home now . Keep looking don’t settle !

I move into my one bed room apartment on the 24th i am very excited by the way. The place looks great the staff in the office are very friendly and respectful and move like lighting. The process for me to get approved was fast also they do not skip a beat with contacting you if they need more information from you. They respond to emails in a reasonable time. Just from the times of me stepping into the office to bring them paper work they needed and payments they have a great relationship with the tenants that already stay there. Can’t wait to move in Friday.

This is a great place to stay and it’s at a reasonable price. It’s close to the downtown area, keeps the maintenance up in and outside the building, can walk to places to eat and grocery shop. My neighbors very respectful and bring me no harm. Also everybody that works in the rent office is very respectful, friendly, easy to work with and they also move fast with work orders. Any issues with anything in your apartment it will get handle in a great timely manner.

For the price and the fact that utilities… ALL utilities are included, plus the location downtown and access to Eastern market The Detroit river and Belle Isle, and the spectacular views from all four sides it’s the best bang for the buck. Plus a huge backyard and the patio, you can’t go wrong for the price since some of the apartments surrounding us are going for $2000-$3000 a month.I face the northeast side and on a clear day I can see all the way to Mount Clemens possibly about 30 miles. when I see the sunrise it’s it’s absolutely spectacular and breathtaking I never get sick of it and it’s a great way to start my morning!!! ????

Had a brief visit with a friend there and was interested in possibly getting an apartment there.. The apt was nice. Fresh paint and new flooring. However there were no electrical outlets on the only counter where a toaster or microwave could be placed. Also the stairwells were filthy. A maintenance staff person was in the lobby with no mask and people were getting on the elevator with no masks during the pandemic. Which is why I opted to use the stairs at on one occasion.

Management is terrible. Save your time and money. I placed my money order in their hands and since it was never used on my application I was told I would be getting it back. Well this happened end of August and I have yet to receive my money order! its already the new year! When I went to email them they had no response or acknowledgement only until I had to resend my email out of anger and call! All they could come up with were blank excuses and rude attitudes and no help. Tia, who is "management" was absolutely NO help. She kept saying "it was sent" or I can contact who I got my money order from. That's no ones fault but Regency Towers. Save the hassle and find a place who genuinely cares.
