We've used this company after Leather Rich sold their business, I gotta say the two companies are drastically different. We sent leathers and furs in with Ram and it would take months after the initial due date until they finally deliver. Either getting them months later or getting someone else order entirely. I'd say if you MUST use them then what else can you do, but given the choice, go through anyone else.

I've had Ram alter several of my leather coats. They do good work, and I will not be going to anyone else. In addition to good service, the price always seems fair.

I sent my grandfather’s Vietnam hat by mail to be restored at Ram and we were so thrilled with the result! They were wonderful about communicating with me by email during the process. It was not an easy restoration project and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!!

To start, you have to be buzzed through a gate to enter/exit. Once inside it is not customer friendly. The hours are very short and they vary.I took My Coach vintage Coach bag to be cleaned, polished and strap stretched. The bag was poorly cleaned and polished. The crevices still had debris and dust in them. Also the brass was still tarnished with green calcification on it. They had a rhyme/reason as to why they couldn't do what I requested. They originally charged me $55 but reduce the price when I pointed out the non stretch. I do no recommended and will not go back.

Took my leather jacket here for cleaning and it came out looking like it did when I bought it! Very impressed, definitely bringing all my leathers and furs here.

Our drycleaning company has used RAM leather for years-we are always impressed with the leather work they do. Items come back looking fresh and ready for another life! Our customers also especially love their UGG boot cleaning.

I purchased a vintage bear shearling coat that desperately needed cleaning. It was covered with some unknown substance and smelled awful. I sent pics to Ram Leather and they got back to me with a quote that was much less than my local cleaners quoted. Shipped the coat up to Michigan.I am still amazed by what I got back. The fur and suede are soft. No leftover stains (including the area I tried to clean myself). The coat looks like new (and smells like new, too!)There is a reason Ram Leather has the reputation for being the best in cleaning leather and fur. I'm very grateful for the recommendation from a trusted vintage clothing dealer and for the job that Jeff and his folks did on this coat.

This place ruined my wife’s chanel bag.Wesch cleaners sources their high end leather goods to RAM. After inspecting and acknowledging that they can clean it, they ruined it including taking off the serial # tag which renders the bag invaluable.

I have been useing this company for over 25 years in the winter time they do such a great job on all my cleaning work, in the Summer and fall every time every week I get a delivery I have to send back something that needs to be done redone again? Why why why when you try to explain it to the owner Mike he blows it off as nothing ever happened but instead of concentrating on the cleaning work,. It seems like he concentrate on the dollar work. It's not fair to the retail shops that send him the work, my doing he will be losing a lot of customers he would have to understand that this is not right. When you try to talk to him he's in for a couple hours early morning where nobody could get a hold of them . When I have to send the comments back second time and third time that pisses me off he has his secretary Carol that speak so nicely to you and then blows you off at the ends nobody checks the work and send you what is ready Carol open your eyes or get somebody to do it for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Ram Leather Care! I sent them my Quarter Horse Congress Jackets in poor condition, and they were sent back to me within a week in immaculate condition. They had phenomenal communication, and their staff made everything so easy. I am from Texas, and they will forever have my business.
