We were serviced by Elizabeth (Liz) with a rush job for an obituary. Having had a bad experience from someone previous we were distraught, stressed and overwhelmed. We walked into R&L and Liz immediately greeted us and took great care of us. She listened to everything we wanted and executed our thoughts perfectly. She knew nothing of our previous experience till the end as we thanked her for her spectacular service and friendly disposition!!! It was a breath of fresh air in our time of mourning! Again, this was a rush job. We went in our Friday and reviewed our obit today , Monday and it was absolutely beautiful! Linda is who serviced us today and the service was the same!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R AND L !!!!Thank you both ladies for your professionalism !Doreen Thomas

R&L was very professional, helpful, considerate, and efficient. I met with a couple companies prior looking to have obituaries printed. R&L were the only ones that gave their condolences. Everyone is all about money now a days, no consideration for others anymore. Though it was a small gesture, I had really appreciated that they stopped to acknowledge why I was there. The obituaries turned out beautifully. Will definitely use for future needs. Ronald was awesome. Highly recommend!

They need human proof readers or a computer program to do it for them. Make sure what you give them is perfect because they do not proof read to correct obvious mistakes; even when you correct something and tell them it may not get done.

The level of professionalism is unmatched!!! Mr. Ronald was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I went there today to have my Dad’s obituaries printed and Mr. Ronald made a challenging time, much easier. I strongly recommend using them!!!

Professional very compassionate and Understanding in a grieving time. Also provides a drop off service to Funeral Home. Easy to Park, Good seating available, and the instructions given were easy. Went to Loving Digital before here. Don't waste your time. You will be locked outside in the cold and no seating available you have to stand to fill out an obituary as if your ordering food. If you are looking for a easy way to get things printed during an emotional time come to R&L printing across from Home Depot ?

I was very pleased with the quality of the obituaries they did for us. There was some red in the photo around the eyes and they were able to take it out. They double checked the spellings of all the names. They did an excellent job on the collage of pictures, they came out very clear. The layout was beautiful. If I ever need their service again, I definitely would use them and recommend them.

I am so pleased how R&L was able to capture and honor memories of my grandmother on a funeral program with high quality design. Their empathy, professionalism, and communication was such a blessing in this difficult time for my family. They were able to expedite a rush order on time and even coordinated delivery to the funeral home. I highly recommend this business and the character of the employees running it.

The owner an staff were very professional an empathic concerning the passing of my mother. They did an excellent job on the programs for her service. Everything was done in a professional an timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing a top of the line printing copy and they are Black owned an operated.

My original photo was not returned to me after copies were made. I was told it sustained damage. The original was in excellent condition photographed in 1958. I believe someone kept it for their own personal collection.
