I've been hesitating to write this because I really wanted to share a good review, but I am not super happy with the move. The booking process was super easy and working with the office was great. However on the day of the move it went semi downhill. First, they were running pretty late and I received no notification of this, so had to call. They did end up coming but it really messed with my schedule for the whole day--I was managing other contractors at my new place. Then they lost some hardware for my bed frame so now I have to fix that, which is a pain. I also have noticed several pieces of furniture with damage, which makes sense because they weren't very careful with my things. They often dragged my furniture or didn't properly wrap it. So now I'm left with furniture with scratches. They were very quick and efficient, as well as super nice, but I'm all in all pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Moving as a single woman is always a little nerve-wracking!! But Don hooked me up with an excellent team! Donovan and Jason showed up a couple minutes early & were ready to go!! They took care of my belongings better than I would have and were very good at maneuvering city streets and alleys!! Donovan & Jason were nice, friendly, and polite too! Totally recommend Professional Movers because it is family-owned, but also because Donovan & Jason are the perfect relocation duo! Thank you for making moving day stress-free!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your stellar professional team helped to move my parents into their retirement apartment without a hitch, and with a sincere smile. The team was timely, diligent, professional and so, so very personable from start to finish. There were also spot on with the estimate, so no surprises. Professional movers made a stressful time so much easier and we give you the biggest thanks for that. They also made our move much greener and eco-friendly with the rental crate service which was not only important to us but significantly eased our move.

Awesome team! Jim, Donovan, Ian & Mac were all very friendly, polite and respectful to us and our home. They made sure all the doors, stair rails and floors were well protected. They were very hardworking and got the job done in less time than planned. We would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed!
