They charge 15 for a 4 year old polish , this place is crazy. Will never return. The staff had a horrible attitude. Do not until their services unless u want to spend unnecessary money.

HO NAILS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was referred to Ho Nails by a friend for my wedding. I went in and asked for the mother. Two men and a younger looking female were there.The female had me come over to her chair. I went in for a pedicure with regular polish and eye lashes for my wedding. I specifically stated that I do NOT want shellac, because it damaged my nails several years ago. I explained that I wanted my lashes to look natural, not too thick or too long. She applied the lashes very, very thick and bulky with extra thick glue. When she did my pedicure, I pointed out that she didn't scrub my feet to remove the dead skin. After pointing it out to her, she did scrub them. She polished my toes, then put them under a lamp. I wasn't familiar with lamp drying regular polish. I assumed it was a new process. I stated again, No Shellac. The 3 employees started speaking their native tongue, but she continued my toes. When she was done, a man told me $65.00. I asked "for what" that's not the price you told me in the beginning when I let you know what I wanted. He said she did "shellac". I said I told you when I walked in regular polish, I didn't want shellac. He said "she did shellac and it's $65.00 cash only". Three customers told him I specifically said "No Shellac" several times, because we had a full conversation about it. He didn't care, he kept saying "you got shellac $65.00 cash only". I asked how do I get the shellac off? He said regular nail polish remover. A pedicure customer interjected and said "you mean she can take shellac off with regular nail polish remover"?. He said, "yes". After going around and around with the 2 men, I paid what they asked. I asked for a receipt and he said they don't have any, and he didn't give me one. When I left Ho Nails, as a result of this horrific experience, I was emotionally traumatized and devastated. I called my friend who referred me and she described the mother and stated that the mother is not a thin young lady. Therefore, the two men and the young lady lied about her being the mother. Not only are the employees 100% rude and unprofessional, their business practices are deceptive and unethical. Zero stars was not an option. DO NOT GO TO HO NAILS!!!

If i could give them 0 stars i definitely would. Day 1 i got a mediocre pedicure for $30. He kept trying to push me to get shellac on my feet. Mediocre fillin was done now my nails look like press ons. My toes was not dry 24 hrs later and i didn't know so i went to work and my toenails are sticking to my socks. I go back they kept saying it did that because its regular polish and i need shellac and the attitudes got nasty. I let him redo my toes sat for 20 min with a fan on my feet and they still didn't dry. I just told him just take it off im good. They got to talking in they language. I get regular polish all the time and NEVER had this issue. Dont waste your time or money here.Services: Pedicure

VERY VERY unprofessional. A friend recommended this place. The tech was annoyed because I wanted my shellac polish soaked off instead of using a drill to remove it. I could tell the techs were talking about me after my request. Not sure why this was such a huge issue but I won't be back. The place is also the size of a closet. Again, they were incredibly rude. Don't spend your $$ here.Service: Manicures

It was a nice day it wasn't too crowded and service was fast and nice I'll go there again and recommend some of my friends to come also the best day to go is a weekday not the weekend you get much better service and fast I went on a Tuesday and it was nice

I had a bad experience. I was so disappointed because i got a pedicure and shellac polish and 2 days later they fell off. My feet look horrible now.

Got here on a Sunday at 9:50a.m., it's 10:15 I'm still waiting for business to open. I'm out. Maybe they really don't open on Sunday's. Website flipped from closed to when 10:00 came open. Why can't people be about there Business

I've been a loyal customer for 7 years. I visit this shop once a month. On my visits I get a full set with shellac polish & chrome design & my favorite shapes are coffin, almond & ballerina. They lay my acrylic do good my nails never break. I can go a month without any chipping or breaks. $45 For my nails. I always get a deluxe pedicure which included the cheese grader scrub, & sugar scrub the also massage you with the hot rocks then the put a steaming hot towel on your legs & massage your feet & legs with oil & of course I get matching shellac on my toes $45 for my feet. They also wax my eyebrows & always do a great job. $8 for my brows. & if you want to get your hands & feet extra soft they have the hot wax to dip your hands & feet inn $10
