“We were serviced by Elizabeth (Liz) with a rush job for an obituary. Having had a bad experience from someone previous we were distraught, stressed and overwhelmed. We walked into R&L and Liz immediately greeted us and took great care of us. She listened to everything we wanted and executed our thoughts perfectly. She knew nothing of our previous experience till the end as we thanked her for her spectacular service and friendly disposition!!! It was a breath of fresh air in our time of mourning! Again, this was a rush job. We went in our Friday and reviewed our obit today , Monday and it was absolutely beautiful! Linda is who serviced us today and the service was the same!! “Definitely a challenge backing in but not impossible. Back in off Clay St. with tandems all the way forward. Leave trailer doors closed until you’re just about to bump the dock then open them. Staff is very friendly and will assist you backing in if needed. 8am appointment time and out by 9:30.”
