This has to be the worst Auto Service Center in the entire Metro Detroit area! I wish I would have checked the reviews before just allowing AAA to tow my car to the nearest Auto Service available. Very horrible experience all together! Very Unprofessional, to say the least! After deciding not to have them service my car, they decided to take it upon themselves to have my car towed to "storage" not impounded but stored at their personal residential property. Upon me retrieving my own car back from them, I was then informed of a $200 "storage" fee that I was told nothing about prior to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go a few blocks down, or mile or so... I'm sure you'll find better service than you could ever possibly receive from here.

Very good customer services, unfortunately they could not help. They did refer me to a dealership that could. My problem is solved! Dave the owner is really nice, thumbs up!!

Failed to call me even once in 2 days. Tried to over charge me for what should have been an easy fix. Overall very unprofessional and acted like they had no time to help me

Fair statement, Doug is only honest mechanic on Mack Avenue and general area. Work is completed on time, within budget and with care. His team earned my trust.

I've had multiple experiences with them they've always been extremely knowledgeable, fast to get the work done, courteous and friendly, and reasonably priced. I've had my car worked on by them at least 5 times and will continue going there for any and all things I need for my car. Thank you pointe Service Center !

Got a flat tire on a horrendous pothole on Mack and had to have my car towed here to replace it at as they were closing up shop. They went above and beyond by staying late to get me a new tire and replace it for me, all for a reasonable price. Thanks guys!
