Title: Extremely Displeased with PNC Bank and Banker Cynthia
I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with PNC Bank and their banker, Cynthia. To start, Cynthia failed to open my account correctly, leading to a series of frustrating events. After being called back in to re-establish the account, I went out of my way to rectify the situation as requested, only to have the account put on hold.
Despite numerous assurances from Cynthia that the issues would be resolved, my account was eventually closed due to her negligence in handling the matter. This lack of accountability and professionalism on the part of Cynthia and her branch manager is unacceptable.
In my attempts to address the situation, I had to interact with Cynthia on more than five occasions, each time met with empty promises and inadequate follow-through. The final straw came when I inquired about progress and was met with unprofessional and aggressive behavior from Cynthia, who essentially dismissed my concerns with a flippant attitude.
As a result of this experience, I am deeply dissatisfied with PNC Bank as a whole. I had intended to establish accounts for all 20 of my businesses with PNC, but due to this appalling experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Cynthia's actions have left a very bitter taste in my mouth and have eroded any trust I may have had in PNC Bank.
I strongly advise others to avoid this branch and consider alternative banking options. The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Cynthia and the management reflects poorly on the entire organization. My confidence in PNC Bank has been shattered, and I am now seriously considering relocating all of my accounts to a different financial institution.

Slowest ATM I have ever used. Don't go if your in any type of a hurry

9 times out of 10 the ATM isn't working or it's out of money. You walk into the branch you're going to get yelled at and told you need an appointment. It's amazing they're still in business.

I hated this bank worst bank experience of my life the teller was an absolute b**** she wasn't helpful at all and was extremely rude I had to pay a fee I do not recommend this bank take your money elsewhere.

Came in for a notary and was denied because the manager decided it was for something they wouldn't notarize and was mistaken. I needed notary for a limited power of attorney, for a few statements about a property, and to wire the proceeds to my bank. He heard "selling my house" and immediately told me they can't help me with any deed transfers or quick claim deed and to go somewhere else. I didn't need any deeds notarized. I needed only the above mentioned documents and statements. No problem, I had the $50,000 from the sale wired to my other bank's account.

Every time I visit this particular pnc I cannot be serviced. Today really pushed it. You close at a certain time, yes, but you shut down your machines early. I go to pnc in the suburbs and I’m able to be serviced, their branch manager even stayed after their closing time to service me because there was a fraud attempt on my account and he genuinely cares and saw I needed help or some type of funds. I know it’s none of the employees concern but just try to help people in need. Money is essential especially on the weekend and we pay for a service; just be a little more helpful than oh well sorry everything’s down. Boot it up then! Two seconds to print a card would’ve really helped me in a major way today. **You never know what people are going through or just need** someone helping me today would’ve really meant a lot.
