Clean branch and most interactions have been decent, but there's one teller that always rejects cashing checks from the program I'm in. She was recently at a different branch and I encountered the same problem. Her customer service skills needs improvement.

Most days the tellers have a nasty, rude, unprofessional attitude, like today. I called with a concern and was talked over and told she "has no idea of the check I was inquiring bout." Well how the he** could you, when you didn't even take the time to bother to find out what my concern really was. She just told me to call Customer Service. The staff will send you to Comerica to get something notarized and the staff at Comerica has said it's because PNC is lazy and don't want to do it. We should be able to get serviced where we bank! I hate the branch on Mack is not taking customers. They were much more professional.

I stopped in pnc late one afternoon and received the friendliest and kindest service I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I was asked what they could do for me, to Roxy-the BEST teller ever and the kindest soul. Thank you all. You are the best.

dont know why everyone is giving this brance such bad reviews. employees are VERY nice and the place is extremely secure upon entrance. I will definitely be using this branch again

Poor customer service. Tried to close an account on 6/18/21 was told tellers could not close accounts . Advised to come back in 30 minutes when a banker would be available, make appt online or visit another branch. Made appt for Noon next day. Arrived on time and my appointment was given to another person. So, guess who closed account? The teller who a day earlier said tellers aren't allowed. Had another incident from prior year.

I came to this branch on 1/4/20 to ask for five deposit slips for my clients with autism to practice bank skills and increase independence. The man at the front responded “Umm no, those are only for customers” in a rude manner. This is not a business that I would support or recommend.

Today was my thrid visit to this branch, and once again had to wait outside for 3-4 minutes for the bank to open, after sitting in my car until 9:00am. The bank employee who unlocked the door wasn't greetful at either visits. No," Sorry you had to wait", "Good morning" or "How can we help you today", being the first contact person. But I like to thank Destiny, who turn my bad experience around.
