Place is horrible. Waited for an hour after booking an appointment and barely got assisted. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all if you need an appointment. Definitely book somewhere else.

Absolutely awful customer service. The tellers have very bad attitudes and today 3/1/19 while at a drive through the tellar took the id and card and left us in the drive through for 16 minutes as the line behind us filled up. Another tellar had to assist me she never came back. She left me there on purpose.

Solid bank with good drive up access for ATM or teller service. This location has the same offerings as other PNC locations. Customer service is friendly and quick.
