Only 1 teller— always a 20 min wait every time I went in there, half the time they tell me they don’t have enough money to cash my paycheck.. they give me a hard time about cashing my check - it’s a pnc check so I don’t see what the problem would be..

Took out 2nd mortgage with PNC money transferred from PNC to PNC checking and was unable to take funds out even though it was showing on my account. Was planning to purchase another home thru them but changed mind. PNC DMC STAY AWAY.

Was in the area and needed to withdraw cash. Asked for clean bills. The teller was making fun of my request with the other teller, telling that they aren’t a federal reserve. That it will take her a long time to sift through her bills. She came back a minute later with my cash. Very poor customer service. First PNC that has such a poor attitude.If you can, avoid this branch

Pathetic, it took 45 minutes to get a cashier's check. Stop being cheap and have more than one teller working.

What a terrible experience I had at this location. I walk in on a Saturday afternoon to cash a check drawn off of PNC. Mind you I had to visit the East Jefferson location first where they told me they did not have enough money to cash a simple $3800 check. So I am sent to this location being told that they can cash the check for me there. They tell me once I arrive that they cannot cash the check because they have a limit for “non customers”. So I reluctantly open up a savings account in order to be able to cash the check at least a portion of a check. I return on the next business day to get the rest of my funds and I’m told that the check drawn off of their own bank had to clear. Unfortunately I had to leave the bank and come back on the next day hoping that the money will be available all of this because the teller entered the check in incorrectly. Stay away from PNC bank the branch managed by Angela Gillespe. The branch didn’t even have air-conditioning on a 90° day..

I have always enjoyed great service at this location, and just recently they went out of their way to help retrieve old statements from a closed account and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Never coming to this branch again. I usually use the branch downtown which has exceptional service. But I was in the area and this location was closer. The ATM barely works and didn’t want to take my cash for a deposit and the tellers are beyond slow and lazy. I’m going to keep going to the downtown location on Griswold.
