Had an issue with removing a burned out light bulb from the passenger side rear tail light and asked for assistance. Although the support staff member was willing to assist, the manager was very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude not only to me the customer but also his employee when he literally barked out orders that "this is the last one." There wasn't another person inside nor was it closing time. Will use AutoZone next time, and it's right next door.
