Went to drop off a battle for a charge and test. Now I have a commercial account remind you, I go to the very end of the counter and placed the battery on it next to the used oil paperwork. I literally watched 1 team member handle 3 customers( 2 arrived after me) and then 2 more members come from the back and proceeded to continue their conversation passing in front of me. 1 served 2 customers while the other sat around behind the counter before going to help a customer find something on the floor. Now this is almost 20 minutes inside the store and not a word even spoken to me so I grabbed the battery and walked back out. So I had to pass by every member without any acknowledgement. Went to Gratiot and Van Dyke bought the parts needed and they took care of the battery. I will go to the competition across the street( I haven't used them in a decade) before I enter that location again.

If you're procrastinating on getting new wiper blades, freezing rain will absolutely remind you it's time. That being said, I quickly found my way to O'Reillys. Looked up what I needed on that computer thing near the blades, had a small panic at the cost and made my way to the counter. I was greeted with a warm smile by Robert. Who set me up with with a loyalty number and gently told me that there were some better (less ridiculously expensive) choices available. Found the best wiper blades for my Jeep and also had some great advice on product choices on the last minute "can you grab this" from my husband. Robert then came out without hesitation in the freezing rain and put them on for me. Exemplary service. Extremely knowledgeable. This man definitely deserves a raise. Thank you

Trayvon went above and beyond! His customer service skills are amazing ?. I couldn't get any help at the auto parts store across the steet when trying to find a oil filter to fit my vehicle and was about to start guessing. He came off his lunch break to help me and gave me 2 different options. Everything fit perfectly on my vehicle. Thanks again. You definitely deserve a raise!

Prices way to high! 1 passenger wiper blade 28.00 I got the driver side on Amazon for 13.00 I needed someone to put on is the reason and a 5.00 dollar tip

The worst store I've ever been in. Two women had terrible attitudes. If you don't know exactly what you are talking about they will come down on you hard. Being ridiculed and scowled at is something I did not expect.
