Took my car in to get it assessed after getting an engine code for a faulty transmission input speed sensor - after the replaced the sensor and I got my car back it was still hard shifting and the check engine light was still on. Took it back as it was under warranty and was called saying I now needed an output sensor as my "only shot at saving the transmission." They even offered to replace the output for free for an improper diagnosis the first time. The whole thing felt sketchy so I picked my car up. Sure enough, no diagnostic of a faulty output. Took my car to Mack Garage and they let me know the input sensor North End had put in was damaged and probably had been dropped. Overall I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience. Only good thing I can say is they gave me my money back for the input. Glad I trusted my gut on this one.

Needed a flat tire assessed this morning - the guys at North End Auto were efficient, friendly & super helpful. I ended up just needing it patched and they had me out of there in 15mins tops and the price was super affordable. I would definitely recommend them!

DONT NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE THEY CHARGE YOU SO MUCH AND PUT USED PARTS ON YOUR CAR DONT FIX THE PROBLEM JUST CREATED MORE PROBLEMS ONLY SO I CAN COME BACK TO SPEND MORE MONEY THEY DO RUSH JOBS ITS NO WAY I SPENT 1700 TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND ITS STILL BROKE I PAID FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDNT DO IT THEY GET DOWN ON WOMEN DONT GO HERE!!!!Services: Auto body & trim repair
