I have been at this place twice to drop loads for my company, the girl with the braces at security is awesome! She told me exactly where to drop my load no confusion at all she even offered to show me where to go on foot, on my way out she checked to make sure I got it right very sweet girl polite and she knows exactly what’s she’s doing! I didn’t get her name but if you see this braceface just know YOU ARE THE BEST!! I didn’t see much of the lot I was in & out only had 1 hour to get to my load , second time I went there was at night & the young man with the long blond hair was very nice he asked me did I know where to go also very nice! I gave this place 5 stars just off the two security guards!!!!Working in the trucking industry you don’t meet a lot of professional, polite people at truck stops anymore..out of all the lots Iv been at in the last 20 years this is by far the best customer service Iv ever experienced!

I checked into this place last Friday…All I can say is whoever the girl is at the security booth with the short black hair and braces was the most funniest ,astonishing, full of life , Very professional young lady…We need more people like her in the world! She was super helpful & smiled the entire time. I’ve stayed at Loves & Pilots all my years working in the trucking industry & I would drive the extra miles just to stay at this place…I didn’t catch her name but Thank You for being so patient and kind you made my experience so much better I will be returning whenever I’m in town..Only downfall was I thought the had a restaurant in the driver lounge but I door dashed & again the young lady made sure my food was delivered right to my truck…this place is clean , a little outdated in the inside but definitely worth the money!!!

I went to this location and parked around 5:00 am on 08/09/2024 and I wanted to check out at 11:50 am same date i had to pick up a load that day when went to the front desk they hade no record or anything they were calling the guard check they were not answering at all my load got cancelled because of these clowns

Nothing really to say it's a big parking lot for trucks some people rent space in the middle of a lot there is a sinner where they sell food and sleeping area TV there's a basement for meetings the parking lot is a bit messed up quite a few potholes but they've been working on it

The place is very good clean. Very friendly in the room, clean bathrooms, everything ok. Just as a comment, the girl who is there right now 06/21/24 12:45. He is a despotic and rude person. Every time I come, he makes me struggle. I know I should wait for him to write down the truck's license plates and number, but he always makes me struggle and makes me look unfriendly. That detracts from customer satisfaction. ?

I entered the facility and parked. Gate attendant informed me 25 dollars for 24 hrs. I was parked 15 minutes. Only long enough to use the TRANSFLO scanner.I was charged 25 dollars to exit. The place was clean. The only amenities other than restrooms are vending machines. Go somewhere else to park if possible.

Dude at the guard shack is really unprofessional and is not fit for that position.Cordel ,Young man we all work long hours too.The trucking industry is hard to deal with at times we know.You cant keep being rude and unprofessional towards drivers and not expect a negative response.

This place is a falling apart dump, security is a joke, anyone that wants to can drive in and out unchecked. The lot is in horrible shape, maintaince is a joke. They have crackheads doing all the maintaince. Management is as incompetent as you can get. If you can park anywhere else don't park here.
