Hello good day, on Sunday 9/15/24 I was with my family in the store downtown, and I took the worst shopping experience, because when I entered the store two of its salesmen told me that the entire store had 30% discount, which was a lie when we went to pay. When I approached to pay I was attended by a woman with a super rude attitude and threw all the boxes and gave us a very derogatory treatment, I think because we are Hispanics and well the super racist cashier, she did not give me the 30% discount and only gave me the 15% discount for having an account with you, I felt super bad with my family because they were 7 pairs of tennis shoes and well a very bad experience with this cashier should not have people like this working in the magnificent nike team, for my part I will never return to that store unless I make the promised discount this is a lack of respect and certainty, if you like look at the cameras and will realize what I say

This location, nor Nike corporate, would accept a return without a receipt even though the literal sole of the shoe fell off. I had the box and proof of purchase on credit card statement, but no luck.

This location ran a gift card scam on me. The over weight manager than hid the next day when I came back and had Shirley temple do his dirty work. Police were called.
