I was looking to do more with my hair and wanted another style, she helped me out and was in and out in a hour and a half. Very nice lady and I absolutely love my hair. Definitely should try her out!

I made an appt for 1:30 to get there for her to already be doing someone’s head and then tell me she has to finish the current person in the chair and she has someone else to do before me. I walked out and won’t be back. That is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I don’t care how good of a stylist you are, stop wasting people’s time.

I just called for a trim and the barber isn't in until 12, which is fine. Tho I was just confused at first because she was just like "no."
But then when I asked about color she just started yelling. So like? K. Go off ig. I hung up. Don't have the patience for this.

Great with hair, customer service could be much better, her and her son need a customer service class to make the experience better and more inviting for customers. I feel like if I'm coming in to pay for something made an appointment for it, I shouldn't have to wait hours ,and I shouldn't be told I can't style your hair because I have other clients come back tomorrow, I shouldn't be told something that I came in for as simple as a wash and blow dry can't be done , or he doesn't feel like doing it because he has a cut on his finger, after watching him wash and retwist multiple customers and almost sitting for an hour for the service to be done he should not have come into work but as I said great with hair I give them that but that customer service is a no for me and never apologetic it's like if you state something you experienced it's your fault .

Why she tell me to come in at 3pm over the phone, but when I got there the day she told me to come in I had to wait 3 hours? Thats not good business. Then all her clients looking at me with silly smirks on their faces when I walk through the door...

Still have customers coming in while performing electrical work. Fuse kept tripping while under the dryer. Theres a random woman charging you $5 dollars to wash your hair which doesn't come out of the total. Wasnt offered a discount for inconvenience.
