About a month ago, I was visiting Detroit from Canada when my car suddenly just cut off and stopped working right in the middle of the road, The car would not start, the power steering would not work, and the gas pedal was hard as a rock. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, we found Moe Town Auto through Google search and surprisingly Moe picked up the phone, assured me that he would diagnose the problem for free, and even gave me suggestions for tow companies. Within 5 minutes of getting my car towed to his shop, Moe assured me that I will drive my car that same day! Again, mind you, this was on a Sunday! Right in front of me, he figured out that it was my fuel injector that was gone. He ordered the parts, offered me snacks, and had the car good to go within 3 hours. This man knows his stuff and has an amazing personality to boot. If you ever need a mechanic in the Detroit area or you find yourself in a bind like I did, trust me, Moe Town Auto is the only place you should go.

My friend and I were on a 7-hour drive back home from Canada on a Sunday afternoon when my car broke down in Detroit. We could have been stranded without options, but when we called around, we found a nearby garage--Moe Town Auto--that was open and could get us fixed up on a Sunday, so AAA towed us there. We found Moe, the garage owner, who diagnosed the alternator/battery issue immediately and gave a reasonable estimate with no emergency fee, and his cousin Nick, who made it his mission to see to our comfort. These kind men brought us chairs to sit in and turned the garage fan on us on a hot day. Nick walked us down to a restaurant for lunch and, finding it closed, walked us back--and he and Moe drove us to Halal Pizza (delicious!) and then returned to pick us up when we were done. Moe gave us a two-hour repair estimate...and did it in one, even though he needed to pick up the parts. My friend was able to rebook her flight out of the Detroit airport--fifteen minutes away--since she never would have made her departure from my house. We both got home safe that night thanks to the efficiency and kindness of the folks at Moe Town. I'm so grateful for them!

Everyone here is great and treats you like family. My car died and wouldn’t start while at work. They helped send a tow service. I came in with my 2009 Subaru that had issues. Moe and team took care of everything and got the car up and running. Great guys, great service. I’m be recommending my family and friends to come here for their repair needs.

Super professional mechanic shop. They inspected the car for free. They identify the issue within a few minutes. Fix my car within an hour. Super fair pricing and professional, treatment, and friendly staff. I had an enlightenment issue and noise coming out of the front end of the car. The car left the shop feels like new

Most importantly they are very honest … if they say they are working on it . IT MEANS THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. Was in the us for one day could not stay in the town for more than one day due to job…
My car broke down in the middle of the road on sat nobody in detroit would work on it … but they answered all my stupid questions towed the car … made it work the car was up and running by sunday evening …. They were very reasonable with the price and i really really appreciate their kind gesture of calling me to check if i reached home safe or not . I dont have words for moe and jacob ❤️❤️❤️ big thanks and huggs from INDIA ??and CANADA??
P.S hate detroit thou never coming back there for sure but if you are there i recomment moe ??

Such a friendly, thoughtful, honest, and professional staff! Jake carefully explained the work we needed done and they got it done so quickly! We had a bit of an emergency with an overheating engine and Moe saved us. These people are the best. You won't be disappointed.

I have a car warranty with Carvana through SilverRock. This is one of the repair facilities in their network. I got a few different things under my warranty repaired here. When I went to pick my car up the guy told me it was a $100 deductible. I paid & left with my car but something told me to call SilverRock because they never mentioned one & I didn’t think there was one. SilverRock assured me my deductible should have been $0 & they don’t know why he charged me $100 dollars. I am visibly heavily pregnant (9 months) & the guy had no regards & literally tried to take advantage of me.

Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly. Most affordable mechanic in town. My a/c wasn’t working and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Came back for a bumper issue and because my car was turning off for no reason, they fixed both issues in less than 30 minutes and again very affordable prices! 10/10 recommend it!
