Do not go here unless you want to be treated poorly and have your repairs not last. The level of professionalism here is non existent. We took our car in earlier this year for rear brakes. We purchased one set of pads/rotors and they supplied one set. Fast forward about 5 months later and one of the brakes they repaired began to screech again. We called and they explained we'd have to pay another $200-$300 for them to replace them again (even though it had only been 5 months). While we obviously understand something else could have happened in that time frame (like the brake calipers), we didn't want to have to pay again for their service/parts if it was something that should've been fixed and lasted much longer. When we took it in, Tony said he'd take a look and if it was something they did then they'd replace it again. If it was a part we purchased that went bad, we'd of course cover it but if it was their part, we felt they should cover it. However, when we went to look outside at our car he quickly confirmed passenger side parts were from their shop, to which I responded, "Well good to know. That's the one that's screeching." Right then and there it felt like he was trying to already be shady by proving me wrong, even though that was the brake that was causing an issue. He then asked to drive the car around the block, which I joined him for so he could hear the problem. We got back and he could see I was visibly frustrated about this and he agreed to replace the brakes right then and there, but we didn't have time at that moment, so he said to call him back and give him a heads up and we could bring it in. That was a Monday. I called him Wednesday, and he asked me to remind him who he was speaking too. I kindly reminded him of my name and tried to refresh his memory and say we drove my car around the block...he still didn't seem to know, so I asked if he remembered our conversation....to which he responded "No I don't remember you but you sound like my ex-wife." I was not expecting a comment that was obviously shared as an insult, so it threw me off a bit. He was then extremely rude and demanded we come in ASAP if we wanted to fix our car. I got off the phone with Tony to chat with my partner and figure out when would be a good time to bring it in, even though I felt extremely disrespected and quite frankly didn't trust them to do a good repair. I was waiting for my partner to confirm a time, and about an hour later Tony called me again, extremely aggressively on the phone, and verbatim said "You seem like you get frustrated easily so..." and then proceeded to speak to me in a condescending way about the work they'd do. After that, I truly didn't trust them with a job so important such as car brakes, so we did not take our car back. If I could give 0 stars I would, sounds like Tony's ex wife escaped a nightmare. Good for her.
