Great service. I scheduled through windshield hub and was able to have someone come out the next morning. The prices were excellent and the booking process was super easy. I was serviced same day , but after noticing that they mistakenly misplaced my 300 interior rearview mirror and I lost my receipt. I called because I didn’t think it’ll be a big deal for them to fix a mistake that happened on their end. I drove to Detroit thinking I’ll try to save a couple dollars to be told to come to the shop and not get accommodated. It frustrates me to know I have a specific mirror in my vechile I purchased just to be told I’m a liar. Terrible customer service. Just make sure before having work done on your vehicle to take pictures & have statements because these people choose to have businesses and be dishonest with customers. How often do someone comes to you stating try don’t have their original interior rearview mirror because they just want you to pay out of your pocket or company for an mirror Jas knows was in her vehicle that doesn’t make any sense. Very upset because I thought they were good people. I have a limited explorer that had two small lights with three buttons on my rearview mirror. A blue button with a phone , the on star button , & an emergency button that was red. I simply want my original pice to my car not a regular rearview mirror with no lights or on star !Service: Auto windshield replacement
