Terrible service. My phone screen was white. No crack. So I tried to walk to the store with a broken ankle to see what I can do. The salesman told me that I have to go online to apply for a claim. I did but I was denied because the screen wasn't crack. And was told it was a manufacturing defect and return it back to the store. Again I walk to the store and the salesman told me it's nothing he can do. Now I have no phone because it's broke and I left it at the store. The day was spending talking to over 11 peoples and walking to the store twice with a broken ankle back and forth. Without no help.

Definitely the best store I've been to since switching carriers. The person who helped him, Marvin, was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions flawlessly. He even helped me pick out a plan that was within my budget. 10/10

No cap I've been having problems with all these metros in Detroit. Either they don't know how to fix my service or be charging me hidden fees. But my boy told me to go to this metro store and the worker hooked me up fr. Got me that new iPhone with an unlimited plan same day bruh. They really out here doing good things.

They open at 10 on Saturdays I’m still waiting on them at 11:45 so they can switch out the broken used phone they gave me

Service was deplorable. The woman in there had a disgusting attitude. I went because my grandma broke her phone and I had another device for her to switch to. Her account was locked because too many attempts were made to access her account and we had to wait 3 days. We had the security code btw but they needed to send a one time pin to her old phone to verify authenticity but again the phone is broke. The woman tried to overcharge me switch over so I ended up getting another line on my account for her until I could do something about her old number so she wouldn't just be without. After the 3 day period I tried to log into her account online and found out the woman At the store changed her password secretly and now its almost impossible to access my granny's account. Shes 68 Y.O. she dont have the energy to be running back and forth up there. I strongly advise AGAINST going to this store in particular. My experience with this location has me contemplating leaving Metro all together.

September 8 2020 around 7:45 , this store has the rudest sales rep, He think he's above the customers and the co workers among him. Never will I visit this store again. Thank you to the representative with the glasses and the Security guard thats how good customer service shall be once you enter the store. His coworkers always has to handle his unprofessionalism to customers at their counter
