The poorest services ever, this makes several complaints @ 2694 W. Davison street 48238 & I get no results continuously continuously, taking round in circles, but they take your money and say you pay for iPhone 12 and then they don’t have the phone then you call MetroPCS. They want you to go back to the same poor services to obtain a refund. I have to literally pay someone to take me to MetroPCS for them. They put a refund on my card how sick is that? They need to close every MetroPCS service down.

Whoever manages this place is so rude and disrespectful. We used the parking lot for all of two minutes to run in and pick up our girls from gymnastics and they rudely came in threatening to call the cops and have us towed. Over a 2 minute in and out. Granted it’s “their” lot, but I have never seen a single customer during any practice time and it is always empty. These are women and young children y’all are throwing a fuss over smh.

I always go to this location, have for years. Customer service here is amazing, usually no lines, staff is friendly and super helpful. These people are the reason I am still a metro customer to this day.
