T-Mobile was wonderful store I started out with them when they were first became voice stream but now they're T-Mobile I enjoy going to T-Mobile I enjoyed having T-Mobile as my mobile service, but for some untold reason they've started charging $5 for in the store mobile phone payments and I think that's ridiculous I try to pay my bill on time and everything why charge it's $5 fee for in-store payment and not you do that with a credit card or debit card people coming to the store loyalty and faithfully to pay their bills should be given a break.! I hate to admit it but T-Mobile has gotten a little bit out of hand now they're just trying to make back money that they so-called they lost or recoup with a lost well unfortunately I'm not down with that program so I'm switching my mobile service to consumer cellular cuz paying $11 or 114 to 125 every month is ridiculous and it's only one line I'm using I don't even use my other devices that I bought from T-Mobile just my cell phone. I'm sorry T-Mobile this is the sign of the time so it's time to change mobile service maybe one day when you guys get your act together then I would mind coming back but as of now I'm changing my service I hope your business continue to grow and thrive but hopefully with some wonderful changes besides charging a person $5 just for coming into the store to pay their bill. Take care T-Mobile employees and CEO of T-Mobile I'll take care and good business good doing business with you as well.

I stopped in due to dropping my phone and destroying the screen! Well I always come here first and they always give great advice and great customer service ?? Thanks Drew!!!!!

I do not recommend! They sold me a phone and set they own 8 digit code , I called up to the store just for them to tell me they can’t help me without me coming into the store . Highly unprofessional , when I went to buy my phone everybody was chilling outside the store like they weren’t at work ??♀️ I should not have to travel 10+ miles for them to fix something THEY MESSED UP ! I literally can’t change anything on my phone without the code so now I will have to waste gas and travel BACK HERE for them to 9/10 not be able to remember or fix the code on here ??♀️??♀️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm going to be very honest about the service of this company. Don't waste your time or money. They are very rude,unprofessional,and lie about accessories. They have low quality accessories and charge you top price. If they were the only phone company with service I would go without. I switch my service from Metro to Boost. They also lied about my iPhone being unlocked! Yup you guess it had to buy phones for my whole family again! Now we are stuck with the metro iPhones. At this specific location the staff have successfully made many of my neighbors switch to boost. If you don't believe me I dare you to do business at this location you will be disappointed! And the people who gave good reviews are related to the staff #snakes.
