I have visited this location several times and have gotten ok to bad service. The last time I visited this location, I received bad service. I purchased a phone for my father and when I tried to return it, they did not accept the return because of Metro by T-Mobile's rules for returning "upgraded" phones. This should have been disclosed during the purchase process. I will not return to this location anymore.
