I bought a IPhone lighting charger literally yesterday and today I pulled out my charger and the charger piece snapped off into my port and when I called the guy said he can’t replace it but he can give me one half off I literally just purchased it yesterday.

Went there when the store was getting ready to close, the girl Rita stayed and was very helpful, she wasn't in a rush and went above and beyond to get me the best plan and the best phone. Will definitely go back for all my mobile needs. If you do go there make sure you ask for Rita.
