I came to this store to get my line which over to a new phone which I was ok buying it... But for me to have to pay for new service and a phone .. I called the store to ask for a refund for the service from my old account and was told they can't give me my phone back long story short do not use this company they are careless and don't like giving you money back

I had a great experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store recently. I went in to buy three tablets, and Michael was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all the features and options available. It’s not often you get that kind of service, and I really appreciated it. Everything went smoothly, and I left feeling confident with my purchase. Thanks again, Michael!

I been patronizing this store I’ve bought internet, pay my bill here, and replaced my battery to my phone and screen also! This place offers iPhone screen repair, only problem is they are selling defective screens! The touch sensory doesn’t work I been locked out my phone majority of the time , sad part abt it my friend went here and their phone doesn’t work as well ! Never told them my phone doesn’t work they just knew they fixed my phone ! I don’t recommend this place to anyone the employee name Michael has a very nasty Disposition abt his self and the public! Go 7mile and Evergreen they do better business over their and the product is efficient
